**What will you be doing**:
The Medical Coder must be equipped with a skillset that demonstrates empathy, problem solving skills and the ability to provide appropriate solutions for customers and referral sources. The day-to-day functionality of this job involves servicing a large customer and referral base to fulfill Durable Medical Equipment needs. This individual must have patience and a willingness to go above and beyond to resolve customer / referral concerns while maintaining a positive attitude.

**What is required**:

- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Analytical accuracy in cost estimating based on billing codes, manufacturer quotes, and insurance contracts
- Incredible attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time-management skills
