**JOB TITLE**:Registered Nurse (RN) MedSurg

**LOCATION**:Palestine, TX

**SHIFT**:Night Shift

**SALARY**: $45,800.00 - $75,645.00

**SIGNING BONUS**: No

**RELOCATION PACKAGE**: None

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to patients on the medical-surgical unit.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses to interventions.
- Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs accurately and timely.

**Must-Haves**:
1.) Registered Nurse in the state of Texas

2.) 1 Year of Medical Surgical experience

3.) 1 Year of Short-Term Acute Care Hospital

**Nice-To-Haves**:
1.) BLS from AHA

2.) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
