Downtown Music Publishing is looking for a Global Client Services Coordinator, to join the team and support our growing base of music publishing clients

**This hybrid position can based in our New York, Los Angeles, or Nashville locations.**:
**What you'll do**:

- Serve as an internal advocate for Downtown clients
- Interact across departments at Downtown Music Publishing
- Create data-based reports highlighting royalty, copyright, and sync information to be shared
both internally and externally
- Maintain department data resources such as Airtable, Google Drive and Salesforce
- Assist with onboarding and maintenance procedures for new and existing clients
- Handle client correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Stay informed on industry happenings to better understand how changes can affect our business

**You are / have**:

- General knowledge or coursework in music business (publishing knowledge is a plus)
- Professional work experience in the music industry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Very strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail, self motivator with an inquisitive mindset
- Must possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make judgment calls
- Proficiency using Microsoft Suite / Google Suite / computer
- Experience with computer programs such as Salesforce, Airtable, Music Maestro, preferred
