**Role Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. The HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- HR Service Desk
- Provide L1 support in response to all HR service desk submissions
- Provide L2 escalation support as able, else move to L3 escalation (COE specialists: benefits, payroll, learning, etc.)
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings and scheduling interviews.
- Perform pre-hire duties for new employees such as prepare/extend offer letters and send onboarding packets, perform and track background checks, initiate new hire process and checklist, and be primary point of contact for new hires during pre-hire through orientation.
- Register new hires to receive compliance acknowledgements
- Enroll new hires in OSHA training
- Coordinate relocation activities with relocation vendors
- Benefits Administration
- Administer COBRA and Tuition Reimbursement programs.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issue resolution.
- Assist with benefits and wellness employee communications.
- Handle Weekly and Monthly Benefits Billing.
- HR Administrative Support
- Respond to requests for employee verification
- Process offboarding for employee terminations
- Team building event coordination for annual engineer training group
- Performing maintenance to the team SharePoint site (i.e. categorizing metadata, drive adoption, maintain documentation)
- Document standard operating procedures (SOPs)

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous internship or relevant work experience (1-2 years) in HR preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
