'Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the company's financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for approximately 20 employees.
- Perform monthly bank account and credit card reconciliations.
- Perform job costing analysis to track project profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare and file all necessary payroll tax forms and reports in a timely manner.
- File monthly sales tax report.
- File monthly Worker’s Compensa=on report.

Qualifications:

- At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and job costing.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient with Quickbooks Online; 3+ years of experience.
- Proficient with Quickbooks Online Payroll.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and highly organized.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Integrity, transparency, and confidentiality required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of payroll and payroll tax requirements.

Additional Skills:

- Experience with JobNimbus software a plus; but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of construction/roofing industry accounting is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft\ Excel and other Office programs.

Pay: $23.59 - $30.59 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
