**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, developing creative sourcing plans for difficult to fill, clinical, leadership and all other positions as assigned.
- Ability to develop and execute best in class recruitment strategies to attract the best and brightest talent. Understands the business and actively seeks industry knowledge to continue to remain educated on industry standards and the competition.
- Promote the organization’s brand awareness and actively forge relationships/partnerships with colleges, universities, and professional networking groups in the communities that we serve. Actively participate in career fairs, open houses, college and professional recruiting events as necessary.
- Play a lead role in the new hire onboarding process to include the following: notification to IT to ensure appropriate systems access for new hire, initiate onboarding once new hire accepts offer, provide credentialing specialist the documents necessary to begin the credentialing process, amongst others.
- Develop and foster strong working relationships with hiring managers and conduct In take sessions for all newly created requisition. Play a lead role in the new requisition approval process, working in concert with COO and CFO.
- Effectively utilize applicant tracking systems, Boolean search and search string creation, social media and search engine optimization to successfully execute recruitment function.
- Serve as a back up to HR Coordinator or HR Business Partner where necessary and able to successfully perform all other duties as assigned.

- Strong ability to successfully achieve results in a fast-paced, metrics and deadline driven environment.
- Ability to meet and exceed performance expectations and goals, as well as implement feedback to achieve desired outcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially able to communicate complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.
- Ability to prioritize time and work effectively, keeping recruiting pipeline in consideration at all times. Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to adapt and embrace change. Demonstrates flexibility when direction or priorities shift.

**Education and Competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Bi - lingual in English and Spanish
- Healthcare Recruiting experience preferred
- Demonstrated computer proficiency to include strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems.

- Doral, FL 33172: Relocate before starting work (required)
