**Responsibilities**:

- **Support Project Management**: Assist project managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals, to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- **Communication**: Facilitate communication between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project progress and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in budget preparation, tracking, and forecasting, monitoring project expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- **Scheduling**: Support the development and maintenance of project schedules using CPM scheduling software, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful project delivery.
- **Client Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to coordinate project activities and achieve project objectives.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes, tools, and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of construction-related experience, preferably in the federal sector.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, including Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations, codes, and standards.
- Ability to travel to project sites and attend client meetings as required.

Pay: $50,818.00 - $65,169.00 per year
