**Habilitation Aide** - **_ICF Fairfax_
- Clearbrook has four _**_Intermediate Care Facilities_**_ (aka _**_ICF’s_**_), each housing multiple clients. Goals are developed for each client based on their needs. Programming is assigned, usually pertaining to areas such as self-care, academics, community living & integration, as well as various workshop skills. Each facility has a nurse on staff at least 20 hours per week to coordinate any medical needs required by the clients._

**Location**: Rolling Meadows

**Hours**: Part Time

**Schedule**: Saturday 9am-9pm (12hrs)

**Pay**: $20/hour + Paid Training

**Weekend Pay**: + $3/hr differential
- **_ Sign-on Bonus_**_: Part-Time staff will receive a total of $_750_ in bonuses the first year of employment with us_

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned.
- Teach and provide the support necessary for the individual’s use of community resources.
- Assist clients with daily living activities including (but not limited to) personal hygiene, feeding & housekeeping.
- Assist clients in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid IL driver’s license required
- Must be **21** years of age
