**Los Angeles Public Works Headquarters Security Director**

**Schedule Available: Full Time, 40 hours, 4x10, and Day Shift**

**Monday 8:00am to 6:00pm**

**Tuesday 8:00am to 6:00pm**

**Wednesday 8:00am to 6:00pm**

**Thursday 8:00am to 6:00pm**

**(Friday, Saturday, Sunday OFF)**

- Oversees all aspects of assigned contract including:

- Client Relations & Requests.
- Oversees Contractual obligations.
- Site activities.
- Provides training, leadership and support for assigned employees.
- Support assigned site 24/7.
- Create / modify Post Orders.
- Ensure that the team performance exceeds the client expectations.
- Conduct disciplinary actions.
- Conduct and document incident Investigations.
- Propose and develop changes in procedures and policies to increase the efficiency and

security at assigned site.
- Ensures that company performance exceeds client requirements and expectations.
- Discipline or write/up document employee as needed

Administrative

- Oversees all aspects of Scheduling including:

- ensuring proper scheduling and sign time sheets.
- Performs evaluations.
- Interview possible employees.
- Assists in disciplinary actions.
- Oversees all assigned equipment including employee uniforms.
- Oversee all aspects of scheduling, and invoicing.
- Document and track Incident Reports.
- Conduct and document Incident Investigations.
- Perform all employee evaluations.

**Qualifications**:

- Have a Minimum of 5 years of experience within the security field in a supervisory or project

manager position.
- Bachelors Degree in Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice or similar experience.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years experience within the security field in a management position.
- Must have experience in managing, training and scheduling 15+ officers.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Demonstrates unparalleled customer services skills.
- Be detailed oriented and deadline-driven.
- Knowledgeable in scheduling and payroll systems.
- Be able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Have the legal right to work in the United States
- Fluent in English. Additional languages a +.
- Have NO history of felony convictions and pass a multi-panel drug screen.
- Possess a valid guard card and current/clean CDL and appropriate personal transportation.
- Demonstrates unparalleled customer service skills.
- Be a detailed oriented professional.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft and payroll system.
- **California Guard Card, CPR, and First aid qualified.**
