The Audiology Assistant provides clinical and administrative support to the Audiology team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- As an Audiology Assistant, you will be an integral part of the patient experience by ensuring that schedules are updated, hearing aid orders are tracked, and patient concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
- Perform basic hearing screenings and tests under the supervision of an Audiologist.
- Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot hearing aids and assistive listening devices.
- Prepare and manage patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, following up as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families and referral sources, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and hearing aid accessories.
- Assist with educational and community outreach events to promote hearing health awareness.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices through continuing education and professional development opportunities.
- Perform general office tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Pay: $27.00 per hour
