Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are looking for someone local to the Hampton Roads area to help coordinate projects by helping with submittals, scheduling, material cost, and tracking projects.

**Duties**:

- Scheduling concrete trucks/pumps
- Obtain material pricing/order material for jobs as instructed
- Evaluate/help schedule project timelines as provided by president and/or general contractor
- Obtain submittals for projects and get them approved
- Go to project meetings in place of president

Qualifications:

- Know how to read project drawings/sketches/blueprints
- Have basic knowledge of concrete mixes/construction materials
- Have construction experience
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to learn
- Must cooperate with others
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus

Final salary will be based on previous experience and completion of interview.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
