**Salary**: $40,000 - 50,000 per year (Salary PLUS Commission)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop relationships with current customers and potential customers within specific territory (retail, tradeshows, and events)
- Assist customers by providing knowledge, service benefits, and enrollment assistance in-store.
- Understand our products/services, our market competition and how to position services to overcome these factors
- Manage displays, promotional materials, and selling tools for customer availability.
- Quote prices, discuss service terms and prepare sales reports for customer orders
- Provide all follow-up information to the customer verbally and in enrollment paperwork so they’re familiar with the start-up time, what to expect on their next billing cycle, and who to contact for customer service questions
- Review and analyze various sales reports to identify sales potential with current customers and potential new customers
- Utilize any and all marketing tools such as gift cards, brochures and vendor collateral to broaden reach in territory and promote company product/services
- Research and analyze customer needs and demands based on market information
- Investigate and resolve customer claims/problems
- Attend trade shows throughout the year (optional)

**Requirements**:

- This position is entry level, with training provided
- Prior experience is a plus
- Related 4-year degree is also preferred but not required
- Ability to determine solutions for customers, great problem solving skills
- Communication skills, and/or public speaking
- Must be results-oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
