Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Agricultural Equipment Operators. As an Agricultural Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to feild operations, farm machinery, deliveries, and general farm maintenance. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and the ability to operate heavy equipment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain farm machinery and heavy equipment
- Assist with general farm maintenance, including repairing equipment
- Perform heavy lifting as required for various tasks
- Use basic math skills to measure and mix fertilizers and other agricultural products
- Utilize hand tools for various tasks such as pruning or repairing structures

**Skills**:

- Computer basics
- Experience working in a greenhouse or agricultural setting is preferred
- Proficiency in operating farm machinery and heavy equipment
- Knowledge of growing techniques for various crops
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing agricultural products
- Knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance
- Familiarity with hand tools used in agricultural work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
