If you're looking for an opportunity to join an established leader in the automotive industry as a valued team member, your search is complete. Aaero Sweet, since 1997, is a wholesaler/remarketer of hundreds of used cars a month. We are looking for sharp, energetic people to work in a high volume fast paced environment to appraise and buy cars. Appraisers buy from the public and all cars sell at auction several times per week where appraisers earn 20% of net profit for each deal. We buy to sell so the better the buy (high volume & low cost) the more earning potential when the car is sold.

As a car appraiser, you will be issued a company car and all tools necessary to be able to commute to scheduled appointments and be successful. Yes, appointments are scheduled for you and vehicle condition reports will be provided to prep your assessment and close the deal. We are in several auctions per week so the car will sell fast. Buyers earn 20% of the net profit for every car sold.

Responsibilities would include but not limited to:

- Go on preset appointments arranged by our call center team
- Review vehicle condition reports online and prepare for the appt
- Appraise and provide customer quote under management guidance
- Close the deal to build profitable used car inventory
- Complete purchase docs, DMV paperwork, and gather any lease or loan payoff info
- Issue payment to the customer and assist with arranging transportation
- Work diligently with the accounting office
- Exercise entrepreneurial mindset to drive volume
- Other duties as required

**Skills**:

- Car dealership sales experience a plus
- Conducting reviews and assessing car condition
- Understanding vehicle condition reports including Carfax and KSR's
- Understanding auction CR reviews and optimizing value
- Good at negotiations
- Self-motivated/high-drive
- High level of customer and employee satisfaction
- Multi tasker (manage multiple deals at once)
- Organized
- Good communication at all levels
- Able to work as a team as well as independently

Pay & Supplemental Pay:

- Hourly or Commission (20% of net profit of cars sold at auction) whichever is higher
- 50% of net profit on self generated leads

- $64/mo supplemental pay for phone use and uniform cleaning

Paid Training:

- Yes, $25/hr. (3 months) After 3 months, the hourly rate drops to $17/hr incentivizing buyers to maintain commission status. The expectation is to be earning more than $25/hr on commissions after 3 months of training.

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
- Good driving record
- Must have or able to obtain a DMV Occupational Sales License

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
