**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and inspire a team to achieve performance goals
- Proven problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges that may arise during shifts
- Willingness to work collaboratively with the restaurant management team and other staff members
- A deep commitment to providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues promptly
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with both customers and team members

**Requirements**:

- Assist with inventory control and ordering as needed
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
- Maintain high food quality standards, follow recipes and procedures
- Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts, ensuring efficient operations
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences by addressing concerns and maintaining a friendly atmosphere
- Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
