Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscape and grounds of our property. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of landscape maintenance, and the use of both hand and power tools. Misc. powerwashing and other duties may be needed.

**Duties**:

- Perform regular maintenance tasks to keep the grounds clean and well-maintained
- Mow, trim, and edge lawns using appropriate equipment
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from the grounds
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools used for groundskeeping tasks
- Assist with snow removal during winter months
- Powerwashing and other misc. tasks

Qualifications:

- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Driver's license is a must

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
