Director of Human Resources

RESPONSIBILITIES: Administer all aspects of the Human Resource function including but not limited to employee relations, recruiting, orientation, benefits administration, performance management, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action and policy administration for Abilities Plus. The Director of HR will work with all levels of employees, including being a member of the management team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business with 1-3 years HR experience preferred

OR

Associates Degree in HR or business **and** 5+ years of HR experience required

3. Excellent organizational skills, ability to organize and manage a variety of projects with the ability to multi-task.

4. Ability to establish, maintain and prepare reports, documents, etc.

5. Advanced PC knowledge with emphasis on Microsoft Office.

6. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse personalities.

7. Good reasoning abilities, sound judgement and excellent communication skills

8. Ability to work independently and with a high level of energy.

Must be able to maintain the utmost confidentiality

Pay: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
