Gardener

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to take care of our 3 acre home landscape and gardens. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our gardens, landscapes, and grounds.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform garden and landscape maintenance tasks, including planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching
- Fertilize lawn, small and large plants
- Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Operate hand tools and power tools for various gardening tasks
- Monitor plant health and identify and treat pests or diseases
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening equipment and tools

**Skills**:

- Solid knowledge of garden care techniques and practices
- Knowledge and familiarity with chemicals and various plants/lawn fertilizer needs
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for gardening tasks
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance principles
- Strong knowledge about identifying and treating plant disease and controlling pests.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Home owner supplies all equipment and materials. We are looking for 2 days a week of landscape care.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.43 - $20.06 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 16 per week
