**WONDERING WHAT YOUR ROLE AS A IN-CLINIC BCBA ENTAILS?**
**Schedule**:
Our in -clinic BCBA work full-time, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 6 PM.
**Day-to-Day**:
As an in-clinic BCBA, your responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing individualized behavior intervention programs, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills. You'll work closely with our team of therapists and technicians to provide comprehensive care and support, all while fostering a positive and nurturing environment for our clients to thrive. Your dedication and expertise will make a lasting impact on the lives of individuals and families in our community
**Qualifications**:
- Registered Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a BACB certification
- Current LBA license in Arizona
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
