**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- Operate 4 CNC Routers.
- Set up, adjust, and execute CNC programs.
- Load and unload parts off the CNC routers and place is proper locations.
- Complete tasks within assigned timelines.
- Read, understand, and follow written procedures to meet quality standards.
- Find new ways to improve productivity.
- Perform quality checks on products.
- Ensure the production floor is clean at the end of the business day.
- Complete miscellaneous assignments as directed by the Supervisor or Manager.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- 1-2 years of related experience and/or training.
- Must have excellent communication skills to work with all team members.
- Previous CNC experience required & related software program execution preferred.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Physically able to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to tolerate temperatures in the workspace that fluctuate throughout the year.
