Shift Leader at Five Guys - Plymouth

**Hyde Park Ventures**, a proud Five Guys franchisee, is seeking a passionate and experienced **Shift Leader** to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead high-energy shifts and ensure smooth operations.
- Coach and train Team Members on Five Guys procedures.
- Motivate and empower your team to reach their full potential.
- Uphold Five Guys standards for cleanliness, food quality, and guest experience.
- Manage daily cash procedures and report accurate inventory data.
- Support management initiatives and programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform other physical tasks.
- Flexible schedule and reliable transportation required.

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
