Part Time Weekend Receptionist Saturday

**Responsibilities**:

- Creates a customer-friendly environment consistent with Little Hill Foundation, Alina Lodge care model. Demonstrates regard for the dignity & respect of all guests, their families, representatives, fellow employees, volunteers & medical staff of the facility.
- Supports the mission to provide consistent quality care services in a professional, caring and responsive environment.
- Operate the front desk, which entails answering all calls in a timely fashion, screening calls, taking messages.
- Greet new guests and other visitors who come to the Lodge.
- Notify staff of arrival of scheduled guests and visitors.
- Maintain a list of guests and their counselors daily.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
**Educational**: High school graduate or higher.

**Other**:
Must be proficient and courteous.

Must dress professionally and be organized.

Must be outgoing and able to meet and greet people.

Must be stable in own lifestyle and remain objective and open-minded in relation to groups or individuals.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
