Entry Level Customer Service and Sales

As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in the execution of our sales programs. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with our customer service and sales teams, utilizing your excellent interpersonal and communications skills to engage consumers, build relationships, and establish trust. We pride ourselves on putting ourselves in our customers shoes to ensure all questions and inquiries are answered and services are fully understood.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Meet with customers one-on-one and assist with the sales process by recommending products and services best suited to their lifestyle
- Actively engage customers using consultative techniques and active-listening skills to identify their needs and concerns
- Proactively monitoring and addressing product and service feedback and complaints, providing valuable insights to enhance client offerings
- Contributing to the development of training materials for employees, ensuring they stay updated with product information, compliance, and promotions.
- Directly interacting with local customers to drive brand awareness, create sales opportunities, and expand market share for our clients.

**Requirements for the Sales **Associate**:

- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial team environment
- Familiarity with fundamental customer service and sales techniques, as well as effective communication strategies
- Proven ability to build positive, long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High energy, self-motivated, and a team player with a dynamic personality.
- Bilingual is highly preferred, but not required for the position

Pay: $45,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

- Arlington, VA: Relocate before starting work (required)
