**Job Summary**:
*- Responsible for organization, ordering, preparation, production, and packaging of commissary items.
- Maintain speed, efficiency consistency of product with attention to food quality, taste, and preparation. Do this by following set recipe procedures and practices.
- Receive and release purchase orders from other locations.
- Inventory
- Operate meat/cheese slicer, grinder and mixer safely and efficiently
- Aid and assist wherever needed
- Responsible for organization and cleanliness of workstation, food prep areas and food storage areas.
- Deliver prepared foods to locations
- Shift hours can be between 5am-5pm. 8 hour shifts
- Previous kitchen experience
- Weekends are required and holidays are needed
- Able to follow directions and recipes
- Able to stand for long periods, 8 hours
- Reliable transportation
- Must meet standards for personnel hygiene and appearance
- Must speak and understand English
- Valid Servsafe Certification Food Handlers Card or abilty to obtain in 30 days.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
