**The Opportunity**
Responsible to machine parts per engineering specifications in an accurate and timely manner utilizing CNC Turning Centers and CNC Machine Centers. Openly accepts work assignments from Manager and Department Leads and understands the positive impact to the business. Actively identifies continuous improvement initiatives and uses knowledge and learnings to provide multiple feasible solutions. Maintains a strong desire/willingness to enhance professional growth and assists in the development and training of coworkers.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepares work to be accomplished by using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), blueprint specifications, and Product Structure list by gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Write programs, change tooling, change off-sets as needed.
- Set-up, adjust, operate, and troubleshoot.
- Perform complex machine set-ups and critical operations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years related CNC Machining experience with strong CNC Machining knowledge to include G & M codes.
- Ability to write programs and change out tooling and off-sets
- Strong ability to read blueprints, specifications, and routings
- Proficient ability in the use of measurement tools such as calipers, rulers, etc.
- Good verbal communication skills and ability to interact well with other employees.
