Summary: The Business Analyst Senior (Techno-Functional) is responsible for analyzing, leading and documenting the business requirement.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage the functional analysis process for complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility

Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including business owners, product managers, system architects, and developers, to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements

Analyze and document complex functional requirements, translating business needs into clear, concise, and unambiguous user stories, test scenarios, traceability and system specifications

Develop and maintain test strategy to verify system functionality and meet user expectations

Able to functionally articulate key Integrations, E2E workflows, regression scenarios to ensure system integrity and eliminate overall functional failures.

Be the go to person for other leaders to resolve issues.

Document and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system specifications

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

10+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on real estate systems

Experience working with IBM TRIRIGA, IOffice, FMS Workplace, Oracle Primavera, Nuvolo Connected Workplace, Manhattan (Legacy)

Proven expertise in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting complex functional requirements

Experience in running multitiered testing programs.

In-depth understanding of real estate business processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements

Experience in using business analysis tools and methodologies, such as UML, Use Cases, User Stories

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex functional issues

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to different project requirements and timelines

Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles

Experience with cloud-based real estate systems and API integrations

Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
