- College degree preferred-
- Minimum of three years recreation or social event planning experience preferred-
- 5 years of licensed driving experience-
- Compassionate, patient and good communication skills-
- Direct Care Staff Training and Competency Test for Personal Care Homes (PCH) and Assisted Living Residences (ALR) required for Pennsylvania communities-
- Be vaccinated for the flu (during flu season)
