**To Get Started You Will Need**:

- Effective communication and the ability to adapt
- A commitment of 36 hours per week, some weekend and holiday requirements
- Minimum of 2 year of acute care experience in a hospital setting
- Current State Nursing License
- Appropriate Certifications as required for specific position
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing
