Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including physical examinations, assessments, and treatments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Perform specialized procedures such as sonography, gastric lavage, catheter care, etc.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely using electronic medical records (EMR) systems like SwyftOps

**Requirements**:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience in a medical office or hospital setting
- Proficient in performing physical examinations and providing patient care across various age groups, including pediatrics and adults
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment
- Familiarity with EMR systems like Epic for documentation purposes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
