**WeCare at Sycamore** is actively seeking a motivated **Unit Clerk** for our community in Montoursville, PA. Our **Unit Clerk** performs clerical duties within each nursing unit. The Unit Secretary works directly with all levels of the nursing staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer telephone by identifying herself/himself and the unit.
- Receive and direct residents and visitors courteously.
- Maintain a well-supplied and organized nursing station.
- Fill out appropriate forms as needed.
- Print HER packet for all out of facility appointments.
- Notify Nursing staff of all test results.
- Scan and upload all heal information.
- Maintain resident charts.
- Arrange and schedule all transportation needs for resident appointments.
- Preform any other pertinent duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience within health care setting
- Previous clerical experience
