**Location**: On site in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

**Essential Job functions**:

- This list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and non-essential job function) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed when operationally necessary._
- Greet all customers with an engaging personality and provide quality customer service in a professional manner in accordance with our overall guidelines.
- Document all customer activities, resolutions, recommendations, and complaints in our system.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust amongst customers through open and interactive conversations.
- Manage customer complaints with ease and efficiency, provide practical solutions and escalate to necessary departments to ensure prompt resolutions.
- Go the extra mile to engage and support customers.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Computer proficient with fast, accurate typing and data entry skills.

**Key Skills**:

- Previous Customer service experience
- Proficient with MS Office, data entry, and typing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of, or previous experience, with jewelry, watches, or manufacturing is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a **plus.**

**Education & Experience**

Highschool diploma or equivalent

2 years minimum in customer service experience.
