Cabinet Shop Apprentice

**Growing cabinetry manufacturer and distributor located in Bolton, CT seeking to hire a full time cabinet shop apprentice.**

**Job specifications**:

- Must be humble, hungry, and smart
- Ability to learn specific processes
- Ability to follow said processes once trained
- Willingness to make improvements and take pride in their work

**List of duties**:

- Assist all departments: receiving, production, finishing, assembly, and delivery and eventually grow into a specific department
- Receive shipments, including lifting up to 100lbs.
- Produce cabinet parts, including reading plans and operating machines.
- Assembling cabinets.
- Contribute to our lean culture of continuous improvement

**Relationships and Roles**:

- Supervised by the shop manager and department leaders/
- Intro level position, with lots of potential for growth
- If you have more advanced skills, you are also encouraged to apply.
