Work Control and IT Manager

**PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for the planning and scheduling of maintenance and repair work and work crew
- Gathers and analyzes information to prepare reports on the progress of projects
- Ensures that assignment and scheduling of work follows company policy
- Evaluates current procedures and recommends changes to improve efficiency
- Attend meetings to understand O&M work requirements
- Schedule all work with the customer and affected parties
- Schedule and obtain approval through the associated responsible parties
- Ensure approved Work Request form is accomplished
- Manage and schedule Work Control crew on station 24/7/365
- Coordinate all activities affecting security, integrity and operability
- Notify government personnel for scheduled work involving system disruptions
- Notify Facility Managers prior to removing any equipment from service
- Schedule road and area closures for maintenance and repair
- Schedule and coordinate outages and receive clearance before starting work
- Reschedule as agreeable to all parties when critical outages cannot be approved
- Contact parties to execute an emergency unscheduled outage upon knowledge of need
- Record work efforts in multiple CMMS's (Comp. Maint. Mgt. Sys.) and notify parties of any equipment defects or deficiencies
- Submit electronic copy of an inspection schedule and preventative maintenance procedures
- Manage and monitor company IT systems and equipment with the assistance of professional support service.

**EDUCATION, TRAINING, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong Reading, Writing, Analytical and Personal Communication Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, some post-high school, vocational or college work is desired
- Prefer 3 - 5 years experience in Facility Operations and Maintenance
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**
- **Must be a U.S. Citizen** able to obtain and hold a DoD Secret clearance
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to climb, crawl and lift 50 pounds
- Must successfully complete Air Force computer-based training modules
- Must have a favorable National Agency Check
- Successful background check and drug screening required for final employment consideration

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
