Project Chesapeake provides quality addiction treatment, behavioral health therapy, and treatment for individuals with a dual diagnosis. We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, reliable, and experienced full-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team

Hours: Mon-Thurs 9:00am-5:00pm; Fri 9:00am-3:00pm

**Responsibilities include**:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries
- Answer incoming calls from clients/probation drug court
- Coordinating scheduling, initial insurance authorization (private/state insurance), and financial obligations for clients
- Collects and logs client payments
- Overseeing the processing of client intakes/pull requested client documents
- Uses EMR- BestNotes daily
- Assists with specimen collecting as needed
**Qualifications include**:
- At least 2 years’ experience with administrative duties.
- Computer literate and experience working in electronic medical records systems.
- Possess sound judgement, professionalism, and compassion for client care.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
