Are you passionate about supporting employees and fostering a positive work culture? We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team and play a key role in various human resources functions. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and more.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Coordinate HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and other HR-related activities.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement in employee retention and satisfaction.
Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.
Some small amounts of travel may be required to our other companies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience in HR related field.
2+ years of experience in HR roles, with demonstrated proficiency in HR functions.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
