**SUMMARY**: Provide Technical Analysis and Services for the assessment and documentation of related data for Marine Corps Communications systems.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: The C4ISR SME shall:

- Validation/Verification: The contractor shall draft and review test reports and conduct verification and validation of technical documentation, test and evaluation activities, and all MIs developed to support PM CS equipment.
- Support Equipment Management: The contractor shall provide routine maintenance and inventory management for all supported equipment employed at MCTSSA.
- Firmware Testing: The contractor shall conduct testing on proposed firmware upgrades and firmware characterization of all supported equipment.
- Equipment Analysis and Troubleshooting: The contractor shall conduct analysis and troubleshooting testing for supported equipment.

Required Experience

Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of technical analysis experience, preferably in a MCSC program office, and familiarity with Marine Corps communications systems.

OR
- 10 Years experience using and supporting Marine Corps Communications systems

Desired:

- Experience with installation, diagnosis, repair, adjustment, modification, and calibration of electronic equipment and systems used by Marine Corps ground forces.
