**OPERATIONS MANAGER**

**PROFILE**:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanics or similar.

Job location: 2700 Wickham Dr, Muskegon, MI 49441.

**EXPERIENCE**:
3-5 years of experience in managing a production team in the progressive spring making & stamping field. Good at troubleshooting skills in a complex environment.

**KNOWLEDGE**:

- Problem solving like A3, use of method shopfloor management for day-to-day activities.
- Knowhow in stamping, heat treatment, inspection and assemblies.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949
- Knowledge of ISO-14001

**MAIN TASKS**:

- Doing production schedule together with the Logistic / Customer Service team, creating PCO's, and maintaining SAP.
- Support on implementing new projects, working along with engineering and production team.
- Work along with operators, tool room and maintenance on trouble shooting.
- Bring up ideas to improve work
- and quality process as well as cost saving ideas (CIP, OPEX).
- Make planning to develope people on the production floor, including Qualification Matrix and Training Plan.

Manage the maintenance department, set priorities and maintain needed and critical spare parts.
