**Job Summary**:
Summer Patrol is responsible for performing guest service functions such as accident handling, administering first aid, promoting and creating a safe environment for guests and employees, and participating in summer project work.

**Job Specifications**:

- Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.49 / hour
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Part Time
- Skill Level: Intermediate

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting injured guests on the mountain and administering first aid
- Transporting injured guests off the mountain using a truck, UTV, Gondola, or other support vehicles Participating in accident investigations as needed
- Maintaining emergency supplies
- Providing assistance at lift stations
- Educating guests about summer operations and terrain
- Participating in summer projects, such as toboggan repair, gear checks, terrain maintenance, etc.

**Job Requirements**:

- High School or Equivalent
- Must be fluent in all aspects of the English language (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have excellent guest service skills
- Must work well in a team
- Must have manual dexterity to operate equipment
- Must have sight, speech, and hearing abilities sufficient to learn skills, follow and provide directions Must be available to work holidays and weekends
- Previous patrol or experience at a Vail Resorts® mountain resort preferred
- Must have valid drivers’ license
- Must have EMT Certification

The expected pay range is $22.00 - $25.49. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
