**Your daily challenges and goals**
- Define the scope of the project with the plan, resources, activities and schedule to successfully complete the project.
- Monitor project deliverables and adjustments establishing active communication with clients and staff.
- Reviews the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.
- Ensures that the project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.

**What do you need to succeed in this Role?**
- Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering / Construction from four - year college or university. / PMP certification as a plus.
- 2+ years of previous experience in Concrete construction industry.
- Obtain OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid.
- Strong Knowledge in Data base management, Sage, AutoCAD, IntelliCAD, Revit, Topcon Robotics and MS Office Suite.
- Strong business acumen in project management, scheduling, resource management.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
