**Responsibilities**:

- Develop CNC programs using CAM software (e.g., Fusion, Mastercam) based on engineering drawings and specifications.
- Set up and operate CNC machines including mills (3+1, 3+2) and lathes to produce high-quality components.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for each job.
- Conduct test runs to ensure proper setup and programming.
- Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or deviations from specifications.
- Make adjustments to programs and machine settings as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience as CNC mill programmer.
- Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code).
- Experience with CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion).
- Strong understanding of machining principles and techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of CNC machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
