Plant Worker performs duties necessary for operation of the wastewater treatment plant including process monitoring; wastewater sampling and basic laboratory analysis; operation of process equipment; and maintenance of equipment and grounds. A general technical background is desirable including mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience. Work schedule consists of rotating swing shifts including weekday day shifts, evening and weekend shifts.

Preference is given to applicants residing in Lackawanna County. Applications will be accepted until May 3, 2024, or the position is filled.

Pay: From $21.69 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
