Early Childhood Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Specialist to join our team. This position will support staff working in GSRP preschool classrooms to achieve a high quality classroom that produces positive outcomes for children enrolled in the program.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- ZS or certification/endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Interpersonal skills which promote positive personal relationships with parents, staff and community
- Training in the Creative Curriculum, TS Gold, as well as certification as a reliable Classroom Coach (Formally PQA-R) accessor preferred

Work schedule: 210 days with flexibility to work from home
