Construction Helper

Luxe Con. Group is a

Family Owned Remodel and Custom Home Building Company seeks a new energetic helper(s) to join our team Immediately. Daily duties will include demolition, carpentry, general labor, cleaning, etc. Helper will also have the opportunity to improve current construction skills. Bilingual not required but please indicate if you are.

Requirements are as follows:
** Must live within a reasonable distance of 77354 zip code, We are near The Woodlands / Tomball area
- Must have Recent Construction Experience (Pay rate to be determined by experience/skill level)
- Must be ok with working on tall heights

( metal buildings, roofs or scaffolds)
- Valid drivers license with personal vehicle*
- Must have SSN or TIN
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
- This is a 1099 position*

**Job Type**: Contract-1099

**Salary**: $16 - $18 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction Experience: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)

Work Location: Multiple locations

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
