COMPANY OVERVIEW: Solarus Medical is an 18-year old HME/DME company that specializes in serving the needs of Pediatric clinics providing nebulizers to support children’s with serious breathing conditions. We have very low attrition, respecting our people and we take care of our customers.

BASIC FUNCTION: The Client Service Rep position is a blend of customer service and soft sales as the CSR acts as our primary customer relationship representative supporting Pediatric physician clinics including the delivery and service of durable medical equipment (Nebulizers) to our over 800 clinics across the state of Texas.

What will YOU do?
- 4-day work week (Monday through Thursday)
- Act as the primary relationship representative to build and maintain trusted and valued relationships with physician practices.
- Grow our business in around the Austin and San Antonio markets. This includes increasing our footprint in 100+ pediatrics clinics who are currently Solarus customers and assisting with opening new clinics.
- Ensure safe delivery of product to clinics throughout Central Texas.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company and all applicable governmental regulations.
- Manage territory to reach service and sales goals and deliver equipment as required in accordance with industry standards.
- Educate clinics in the proper use and care of equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Driving to and visiting clinics in a small company provided truck. There is a lot of driving so comfort in a driving position is important.
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and a lot of walking, sitting, driving, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, and pulling.

Compensation and benefits:

- Salary and Sales Commission. We are a performance based company that does annual evaluations and provides an incentive plan for this position based on overall market growth in Central Texas.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
