Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
- To support the vision, mission and guiding principles of the company.
- While performing any procedure, all associates and contract personnel must observe applicable Safety, Health, Quality and Environmental rules and guidelines. The use of appropriate personal protective equipment is required.
- Attend and participate in training opportunities and seminars relevant to this position.
- Adhere to company operating procedures, benefit rules, employment, safety and quality policies.
- Be able to repair, blending, pumping, milling and packing equipment including any support equipment.
- Accurately record all preventative maintenance schedules and completed work orders.
- Able to read blueprints, manuals, and related materials.
- Able to determine by necessary means required repair parts needed.
- Communicate effectively with management and other company personnel to understand departmental and company needs and requirements.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area at all times.
- Must be capable of operating Forklifts, and related type equipment;
- As a service to production, it is the maintenance persons responsibility to make repairs in order to maintain efficient production rates, minimize machine downtime, minimize production loss, maintain equipment, and follow all job related instructions as directed by supervision.
- Report any damage, maintenance problems, or processing problems immediately to supervision and participate in solutions to those problems; and

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in HVAC/R, industrial maintenance, or related field
- Proficiency in hydraulics and ability to fabricate parts
- Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking
- Ability to operate scissor lifts safely
- Strong technical sales skills are a plus
- Military experience is desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
