**The Position**:
We are seeking Finishers to join our Acme team. We have 1st & 2nd shift openings. Typical 1st shift hours are Monday through Friday 6am-4:30pm and 2nd shift hours are Monday through Friday 4:20pm-2:50am. Our 2nd shift offers a 10% shift differential in addition to the hourly rate. In this position you will be performing a variety of part finishing operations as an integral part of our team. Must be available for overtime including weekends and during peak production times. This position offers a hire-on-bonus.

**Job Duties**:

- Follow written instructions.
- Perform a variety of operations to remove burrs or sharp edges.
- Clean machined surfaces on parts.
- Polish, grind, or buff production parts.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

**The Right Person/What we need from you**:

- CNC job shop or machining facility experience is a plus BUT not required.
- Read and interpret work instructions.
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours at a time.
- Ability to utilize hand tools, operate overhead cranes, lift, and move objects up to 50lbs consistently with occasional heavier weights periodically.
- Requires a high school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- Should be able to read and write English.
