As a management analyst, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations. You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for someone like you to help create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.

As a management analyst you’ll bring your consulting, analytical, strategic, and technical background to work on projects for the government client. You’ll research, analyze, assess, plan, and support complex systems, policies, and processes.

You’ll impact the work we do for the government client and the solutions we deliver.

**You Have**:

- Experience in a program or management analyst role
- Experience providing programmatic, contractual, logístical, and administrative support to program teams
- Experience facilitating organizational change
- Knowledge of Federal policies and procedures including the Federal budget process
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of players
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

**Nice If You Have**:

- Experience providing feedback to management on best practices for data input, document standardization, organization, and storage
- Experience drafting US government reports, bilateral letters of agreement, briefing materials, and fact sheets
- Knowledge of the Department of State’s structure, missions, functions, and operations
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $47,000.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
