We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Seafood Clerk to join our team. As a Seafood Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality seafood products are available to our customers. **Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their seafood selections and inquiries
- Ring up customer selections
- Prepare and package seafood products for sale
- Ensure proper labeling and pricing of seafood items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the seafood department
- Follow food safety guidelines and maintain proper sanitation practices
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a culinary or food industry setting is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
