**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff
- Perform and oversee cleaning tasks such as buffing, floor care, and industrial cleaning
- Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Train new custodial staff on proper cleaning procedures
- Address maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, floor care, and facilities maintenance
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: From $31.77 per hour
