Andover, United States Children's Neuropsychological Services Full time

Children's Neuropsychological Services, LLC (CNS) is seeking a School Psychologist to complete a range of cognitive, educational, and neuropsychological assessments, as well as portions of written evaluation in collaboration with team members. Applicants should possess the following skills; mastery of a range of standardized instruments commonly used to assess brain-based, learning, and emotional functions in children and adolescents, ability to communicate clearly in both written and oral forms, the ability to describe the tools used by psychologists to parties outside the discipline, such as explaining tests/measures, why certain tests may be chosen, and how different measures can be compared/contrasted.

Applicants should have comfort advocating for data-driven decision making, designing data collection systems, and training peers on implementing such systems. Within the testing and assessment process, applicants should be comfortable incorporating data from a variety of sources. Applicants should be comfortable with and skilled at multidisciplinary collaboration, family engagement, and partnering with parties who share differing perspectives.

Essential duties and responsibilities include - Testing/Assessment: Complete comprehensive psycho-educational assessments that cover domains pertinent to school functioning: cognitive, academic, social/emotional, behavioral, adaptive behavior, sensory/motor, and other factors pertinent to the child or adolescents learning capacity. Applicants should have a solid knowledge of frequently used tests and measures and an openness to learning new measures and workshopping creative test battery solutions. Applicants should have a strong ability to interpret assessment findings. If the need arises, virtual assessment may be required.

Minimum qualifications: A Master's Degree or higher in psychology or related field is mandatory. National Certification in School Psychology (NCSP) is strongly preferred. Must have training and experience working with children and adolescents.

We anticipate this position to begin in early 2023. CNS provides assessment services to over 1000 children and adolescents each year. This position is ideal for a professional looking to work full or part time in a dynamic work environment that is staffed by a an outstanding administrative and clinical team.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
